Przedmiotem zamówienia jest:
Zakup radiotelefonów DMR dla jednostek OSP na terenie Powiatu Mieleckiego.
Tryb postępowania:
1) Postępowanie prowadzone jest na podstawie art. 157a ustawy z dnia 5 grudnia 2024 r. o ochronie ludności i obronie cywilnej (t.j. Dz.U. z 2024 r. poz. 1907 ze zm.) zgodnie z którym do postępowania nie mają zastosowania przepisy ustawy z dnia 11 września 2019 r. Prawo zamówień publicznych (t.j. Dz.U. 2026 r. poz. 793), zwaną dalej „ustawą”
2) Niniejsze postępowanie prowadzone jest w trybie zapytania ofertowego na podstawie Zarządzenia Nr 1/2022 Starosty Powiatu Mieleckiego z dnia 3 stycznia 2022 r. w sprawie wprowadzenia w Starostwie Powiatowym w Mielcu Regulaminu udzielania zamówień publicznych wyłączonych spod stosowania ustawy.
3) Zamówienie współfinansowane jest w ramach „Programu Ochrony Ludności i Obrony Cywilnej na lata 2025-2026”
4) Zamawiający przewiduje możliwość unieważnienia przedmiotowego postępowania, jeżeli środki, które Zamawiający zamierzał przeznaczyć na sfinansowanie całości lub części zamówienia, nie zostały mu przyznane.
